The mission of the Navajo County Special Services Consortium is to provide
Related Services to the exceptional children in Navajo and Apache Counties.  The
"Consortium" was formed in 1988 for this purpose.

Any and all therapists may provide services to schools in Navajo and Apache
Counties.  These services may consist of: a) evaluation; b) 50/50 evaluation/direct
service; and c) direct service.

The special education students we serve have disability categories that range from
Speech-Language Impaired to Multiple Disabilities.  Their ages range from
preschool to 22 years old.  However, the majority of our students have been
preschool through 8th grade.
